Can my order be delayed because of the current situation?
The delivery time and availability can vary for each product. Some of our suppliers had to close their factories and manufacturing units in compliance with the government’s directives to contain the spread of COVID-19. This can result in some orders getting delayed even after we fully resume our delivery operations. We can assure you that over the years, we have built great lasting professional relationships with all our suppliers. We will make sure that your orders are given priority and facilitate quick delivery when the lockdown is over.
Are you still Delivering?
My furniture direct is still delivering selected items to your door. Keeping social distancing in mind please note this will be a 1-man delivery to your door and our drivers will not deliver this to your room.

Supply from all over the world of key elements of furniture productions have slowed down. Some lead times will be effected as a result of this. Suppliers are working every hard to maintain the normally high standards of speed we have grew to expect but the Covid 19 challenge may result in some delays.
Should I be scared of touching the products that I receive from My Furniture Direct?
Our packaging and delivery teams have been well-trained in maintaining hygiene at all levels. If you have received an order from us before the lockdown, you should not worry at all. However, if you are concerned about an outstanding delivery, please know that the virus has a limited life span on furniture.
We value and respect our suppliers. We work with numerous suppliers who have been instrumental in our growth and progress over the years. However, some of them operate from regions that have been considerably hit by COVID-19. In these tough times, we are trying our best to support our suppliers by being flexible with deadlines and delivery dates. We understand that the current need of the hour is for collective action and working together to make sure that everyone is safe and unaffected by the pandemic.
