We work hard with all our suppliers to send all deliveries between 2-10 working days of the order being placed. In certain circumstances where a delay may be unavoidable, the sales department will endeavor to keep you informed.

Sometimes for shipments directly from supplier we can experience a delay due to reasons out of our control but every effort will be made on our part to ensure this is avoided.

You will receive an order confirmation from the sales team. The team will try to update you throughout the whole process. Sometimes we rely on couriers to directly communicate with you regarding delivery.

Any issues should be reported to the sales team via email.

Currently we do not. We are, at the moment, an online only retailer. In order to keep our selection large, prices low, and service exceptional we do not have a shop where you can view our products.

Once a payment has been taken all orders will receive a automatic confirmation to the email address you have provided.

Sometimes emails get sent to your spam box because your email provider is not sure if the email if safe. Simply go to your spam box and click not junk in Hotmail or delete the junk tag in google mail. The process described will be very similar for other email clients with some slight differences.

The pre-order dates are anticipated delivery dates provided by suppliers shipping companies. Sometimes these dates can change for reasons out of our and their control. We update these dates weekly should there be any reported changes.

We try our best too keep you informed of any changes that effect lead time but due too sheer volumes of orders we handle at any one time, this is not always possible. Should you require an eta update please drop us an email.


Payment will be taken instantly depending upon your bank. Refunds can sometimes take up to 7-10 days to be processed.
